Bio

A native of Tioga County, New York, residing in the Hamlet of Apalachin and a seasonal Resident of Jefferson County, New York with a satellite Office and home in Cape Vincent, N.Y..
Mr. Perkosky received his Associate Degree in Civil Technology from BroomeTechnical Community College in 1968 and with extensive experience in all aspects of the Civil & Architectural fields throughout his 45+ year career.
Mr. perkosky is a Registered Architect (RA) and Licensed to practice Architecture in New York State. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA); The Southern New York Chapter of the AIA; the Building Officials Association of the Southern Tier; a member of the International Code Council (ICC); a former member of the Tioga County Chamber of Commerce; and is a member of the Cape Vincent Chamber of
Commerce.
He responds to Professional and Community affairs and has served as a part-time Instructor in courses related to Architecture at Broome Community College and once held a position as a Certified Building Inspector III and Code Enforcement Officer for two municipalities in the nearby area.
Mr. Perkosky is a member of the Local AIA and served as its former Treasurer for the Chapter for several years. He is a devoted father and grandfather and has raised his family with his wife Carole since 1966, which includes three children and continues to enjoy them and his six grandchildren.
