Biophilic Retrofit Strategies for Classrooms

  • 1.  Biophilic Retrofit Strategies for Classrooms

    Posted 04-05-2022 02:04 PM

A graduate student in the Building Performance & Diagnostics program at Carnegie Mellon University has created a toolkit and survey for the biophilic retrofit of classrooms.  She has investigated the benefits of 42 different biophilic retrofit strategies  on K-12 students and faculty and would like input from community experts such as teachers, school boards, and school administrators rank the strategies. We would like to ask you to complete this 10-15 minute online card sorting study to help inform the toolkit for future retrofit design decisions of K-12 schools by school stakeholders, architects, and engineers. The toolkit is inspirational truly.
