My firm has grown over the last two years and I would like to start using a project management tool that would include estimates, budgeting and staff time tracking. We currently use Quickbooks online for our accounting and TSheets for time tracking.
I have looked at Deltek's Ajera but I would like to continue using Quickbooks. We also reviewed a demo of Monograph, Streamline and Monday. I would love to hear your advice and suggestions.

ArchiOffice office was purchased by BQE CORE. While they're still maintaining ArchiOffice, from a person who has used both, there are many advantages in terms of reporting and mining data

A prior firm I worked for used Harvest/Forecast.  They work well together to manage project budgets and staffing levels.

A word of advice: just be careful to use whatever solution you choose as a means not an end.  If you find yourself pushing colored bars around the staff management calendar more that engaging with people themselves, it can have negative impacts across management and staff.

BQE CORE is another option for an integrated Office Manage Software.  CRM, Time Tracking, Project Management, Invoicing, Accounting

    All the best,

    Hi Esther,
I've used Monograph while running a small firm and liked it. I recommend it to a lot of the companies I now consult with. I find it to be the be best option for balancing project scheduling, staff scheduling, project fee budgeting, and time tracking. I used it in conjunction with Quickbooks Online for general bookkeeping and accounting.

I haven't used Ajera or Streamline. At my current job at CVG, we use Monday. We use it more as a task management tool, so it's a bit different than Monograph.

If you would like to talk through this more you can schedule a time to talk using this link:

    HI Esther,
We are considering the same tools to better our practice.  May I ask how large your firm is now?  Are you 1-10, 11-20, or 21or more in terms of firms size?

    Glad your firm has grown!
