  • 1.  Professional Liability Insurance

    I am relocating my sole proprietorship architectural firm from California to Florida.
    And with that being said, I am seeking a recommended Professional Liability Carrier in the State of Florida.  I'd like to use a company that is familiar with Florida law versus California law.

    Any recommendations?

    Mark Jackson at JCJ Insurance, Orlando, mjackson@jcj-insurance.com has taken care of our Professional Liability coverage for years. He frequently provides risk management education at AIA Florida events, and comes highly recommended.

    I relocated from the NY-NJ area to northern Virginia. I was able to keep my CNA policy, but had to change agents. It was not a problem.
