The Washington DC SFx & Emerging Architects committees are hosting a free virtual event next Tuesday (22 March) from 6p - 7:30pm, and we are extending an invitation to the entire AIA CRAN / SFx community.
Starting an architecture firm can be a daunting task, and being a small firm owner requires one to confront a wide range of responsibilities and considerations, including firm structure, business development and marketing, financial planning and management, and risk management.
During this round-table discussion, we will explore the anatomy of a small firm, from early decisions and planning at a firm's inception, successfully navigating firm growth and adapting to unforeseen challenges, to succession planning and establishing a firm's legacy.
