Who we are

The AIA Project Delivery Knowledge Community (PD) promotes the architect’s leadership role in all project delivery methods by assembling and distributing knowledge and best practices for a variety of project delivery methods, e.g. design-build (DB), integrated project deliveries (IPD), and public-private partnerships (P3).

    As the 2019 Chair for the AIA, Technology in Architectural Practice Knowledge Community, I'm pleased to announce that the 2019 Innovation Awards are now open!     The Innovation Awards honor new practices and technologies that will further enable project delivery and enhance data-centric methodologies in the management of buildings for their entire lifecycle from design to construction and through operations. Hosted by the AIA and organized by the AIA TAP Knowledge Community, these awards are seeking to highlight project, firms and programs that are advancing innovative ideas in our industry.
