Worth noting is one significant issue this article fully ignores-OSHA and liability. While the government has given pharmaceutical companies full immunity from any lawsuits arising from adverse effects of the vaccine, no one has given this to employers who mandate vaccines. Moreover OSHA has made it clear "If you require your employees to be vaccinated as a condition of employment (i.e., for work-related reasons), then any adverse reaction to the COVID-19 vaccine is work-related." So not only is the employee eligible for workman's comp, in the case of a serious reaction they can hold the employer liable.

Good point of reference for those considering requiring vaccinations of employees - AIA California got legal input saying at least there firms may require employees to be vaccinated (as long as requirement is universally consistent and there is a reasonable accommodation for conscientious objectors.
