DFAR12: Rockhill Mennonite Community

03-23-2015 03:37 PM

The existing CCRC sits on 44 rolling acres in Sellersville, Pennsylvania. A two-phase master plan was produced to expand the community and create a "residential village." This project was the first phase and is the new three-story personal care building for 20 residents, adult day services serving up to 40 residents, and a wellness center.
