This new active adult residential community promotes a new standard for senior living. The community is located in Northeast Ohio with close proximity to the cultural center of Cleveland’s University Circle. The master plan is based on new urbanist design principles for livable communities. It is comprised of a village square with outlying parcels to promote an active adult lifestyle that emphasizes personal responsibility, community engagement, connection to nature, and comprehensive physical and mental wellness.
