We are using a cloud based project management software that is far less expensive than other similar systems out there and works with Quickbooks.  Great tool for small to medium sized firms! This topic is more on the firm management side but has useful applications for those interested in automating their administrative practice as well as using technology to advance their operational efficiency and provide project teams data transparency. Web site is http://www.projectboss.net/.

    Chris,

Is your firm the developer of Project Boss?  The company is located in the same building.

How is Project Boss different from ArchiOffice, another application developed by an architect?

    thank you.
