We are a 4 person firm looking into ArchiOffice.  Do any of you have advice or experience using it or other similar project management/time tracking software you would recommend?  Thanks.

We're six people...just started using it two months ago. Generally so far so good. I do not like the invoices (graphically) and you cannot change them. They say they're working on making them into various templates, but in the meantime we still format our invoices using our letterhead and format. I just hate sending an invoice that looks like it came from a Civil Engineer (nothing against CEs but you know what I mean).

Their training and support has been very good to date. In my past life our large firm used Deltek (sic) and it was a cumbersome nightmare. This is pretty user friendly.

I used it for my small company for 6 years and loved it.  It was computer based as opposed to web based back then.  At that time you could customize invoices - if they are bringing that back then that is excellent.

Only downside with the present version is that it does not track consultant fees the way you would want them to.  You'll have to use Quickbooks for that.  Which may be ok for you.
