    ​ I began working on this project in 1985!  It's a lesson in transformation from single use to mixed use while making the retail stronger.

    I was fortunate to work with Jeff on Tyson's in 1985 as Principal in Charge. It's been fascinating to watch it evolve over the years. When our client took over the center, the previous owner said there was no way to expand it. Boy was he wrong.
