  • 1.  Call for Volunteers - Public Architect Advisory Group

    The AIA Public Architect Knowledge Community (PAKC) is soliciting applications for nominees for appointment to the Advisory Group of the PAKC.  The Advisory Group is responsible for the leadership and direction of the PAKC.

    The PAKC is a knowledge community generally composed of architects working for public and governmental entities and organizations  Our mission is to facilitate the generation and exchange of knowledge valuable to KC members in order to promote knowledge, professional development and excellence in public architecture.

    Advisory Group Term of Service:  One (1) advisory group position is to be filled with an appointment date effective January 1, 2013.  The usual term of membership in the advisory group is five (5) years.  Nominees may also be considered for an Associate position on the Advisory Group.

    To Apply:  Please submit the following materials by email to lane.beougher@ofcc.ohio.gov by COB November 10, 2012.
    *  A current curriculum vitae, no longer than one (1) page.
    *  A brief (no longer than one (1) page) statement of interest in joining the PA Advisory Group, including a summary of past participation, and a description of any special goals if selected.

    Since The Cornerstone has not been published, I am posting this on the Discussion Board.  The date for nominations for the Public Architects Advisory Group has been extended to Friday, December 14, 2013.  The requirements for nomination remain the same as below.
