Grace Lin, AIA is a Senior Project Manager for CBRE Healthcare where she represents Owners in managing capital projects. She directs and oversees the project delivery system and sets out development strategies in managing capital projects and maintaining controls over the design, scope, schedule, cost, resources, quality, and risk She supervises and coordinates capital initiatives, facilities planning, design development, and construction processes. She enjoys a collaborative workplace that fosters innovation and supports organizations in an efficient manner. Through her previous professional roles from “both sides of the fence” of being an Owner and a customer service-oriented consultant, she has developed an insightful and broad perspective that is valuable in delivering projects. Grace served as the Chair of the American Institute of Architects Project Delivery Knowledge Community in 2019 and in 2020.
