Who we are

The AIA Project Delivery Knowledge Community (PD) promotes the architect’s leadership role in all project delivery methods by assembling and distributing knowledge and best practices for a variety of project delivery methods, e.g. design-build (DB), integrated project deliveries (IPD), and public-private partnerships (P3).

    Dear AIA Member,

    McGraw Hill Construction is seeking case studies for the new Project Delivery SmartMarket Report (SMR). The project must be complete, and the case study able to demonstrate, through interviews backed by data, how the execution of the delivery system made the project better (saved money, saved time, created better quality, helped building performance, helped position the company better with clients or in the marketplace, etc.) If your case study is selected, your firm and project will be featured in the SMR report.

    If you are interested, please provide the following information and, if you are selected,  Donna Laquidara-Carr from McGraw Hill Construction will reach out to further discuss your project.

     

    • Name and location of project
    • Why it is a good candidate for a case study (please provide just a brief summary for now on major outcomes)
    • Delivery system used
