The AIA Project Delivery Knowledge Community (PD) promotes the architect’s leadership role in all project delivery methods by assembling and distributing knowledge and best practices for a variety of project delivery methods, e.g. design-build (DB), integrated project deliveries (IPD), and public-private partnerships (P3).

    The BIMForum is seeking input from the design and construction community on its draft Level of Development Specification document, which provides a graphic representation of Model Elements at each Level of Development (LOD).  The basic Level of Development definitions used in the BIMForum document were developed by the AIA Contract Documents team and are included in the AIA's updated BIM/Digital Documents coming out on June 20.  To review and provide comments on the BIMForum document, go to www.bimforum.org/lod.  The BIMForum's public comment period will close on June 7.
