    I was wondering how often Architects (during their CA process) come across Owner-prepared CO's for large deductive amounts?

    Can you elaborate?  I don't think I have ever worked on a project where an owner prepared a Change Order.

    We've encountered some owner driven deduct change orders at the early stage of construction. As these change orders are in fact deduct alternates from the bid form that came into play later.
