Joe Flynn, AIA is native to California, and is a licensed Architect and member of the American Institute of Architects. His architectural approach stems from traditional Bauhaus methodology, although is well balanced with a solid foundation in traditional California vernacular. Joe's passion for architecture and design stems from both his creative impulse, and his curiosity of science and technology. For Joe, architecture is a careful balance between art and science. His projects are modeled on the idea of balance to create inviting spaces that offer social and personal benefit to the end user.

As a distinguished graduate of the University of Southern California School of Architecture, Joe received nearly a full-ride scholarship at the post-graduate level to receive his Masters of Architecture and Urbanism. In line with his deep interest in sustainability and the environmental field, Joe also achieved a Graduate Certificate in Landscape Architecture, and a Graduate Certificate in Sustainable Cities from the USC Price School of Public Policy, Planning, and Development.
