Bio

I am an Architectural Project Director. In my practice I have been able to implement advanced high performance building design within an integrated project delivery mode.

My past government position I liaison with Department Directors and elected officials producing programs for city division offices in Jersey City, New Jersey. I have worked on government IDIQ’s with GSA, USCG and BBG on local projects and military installations in the Middle East and Africa. I have worked with NYC implementing the Channel 16 radio project, the intercommunication between Fire and Police. I also was Lead Architectural Program developer of the MTVA (Metropolitan Televison Alliance) developing and implementing the Digital TV infrastructure and facilities in the Freedom Tower (now One World Trade) building design with SOM and the Port Authority.

I am an expert at development of proposals whether for private or public sector work. My past position my talents contributed to the organizations means and methods for design presentations, qualitative graphic and animation presentations, integrated production documentation, RFP’s & RFQ’s and led the rapid growth of the company with particular notoriety in Telecommunications (DataCenters) and Mission Critical Facility market.

I am a LEED AP accredited professional and have a strong background through my experience in Science & Technology market, Sustainable Site Developments and Mission Critical Facilities and integrating engineering discipline work.
