I'm an architect, Project/Construction Manager with over 30 years of experience with managing design and construction. The expertise spans institution, higher education, commercial and retail projects and attractions. I've managed the design and 'roll out' of large entertainment retail centers (over 4m sq ft/372k sm), Nokia stores (1000sf/93sm), $400m BioPharma plants, $40m wet lab biological research facilities to $25m hotel and aquarium projects.
I've managed projects in large and small firms, private and large public corporations. As Operations Director Faithful+Gould, I was responsible for developing and leading the PM/CM services in California and Western US.My 30 years of experience includes design management, Value Management, Risk Management and Cost Controls.

At Atkins, as previously with Faithful+Gould, my roles and responsibilities included corporate strategic and tactical planning with both national and international colleagues, with line-responsibility for successfully completing higher education, retail, hospitality, institutional projects for my clients.
