You know, I love being an Architect. For more than 30 years, I've been involved with successful building design and master planning projects throughout the US, including high-technology, mixed-use, office, residential and institutional facilities. As a result, I've received a number of honors and awards in recognition of his professional accomplishments, including multiple design awards and listings in prominent publications.
I also have experience with the full range of office management and business development requirements, having served as project manager on large public and private sector commissions, providing services from feasibility studies to construction contract administration. I have selected, negotiated, and managed subcontractors, and have budgeted and monitored a wide range of design and construction projects.
In addition, I have served as Design Manager for large institutional clients, assisting with the selection and administration of other Architects and Contractors, leading a professional peer review team of architects and engineers to provide guidance for complex and unusual projects.
I have also written, produced, and presented marketing proposals and participated in public presentations, most notably to the US Commission of Fine Arts and the National Capital Planning Commission.
