Kurt Hunker is a consulting architect focusing on the development of educational and civic facilities. His design work has received recognition from the AIA, American School & University magazine and others; many of his projects have been published. He is Professor and Acting Dean of Architecture and Construction Management at the NewSchool of Architecture and Design in San Diego and a member of the board of directors of the Academy of Neuroscience for Architecture.
