Designing and Installing Waterproof Tiled Showers with Curb Appeal

  • 1.  Designing and Installing Waterproof Tiled Showers with Curb Appeal

    Posted 11-27-2014 09:31 AM

There are many options when designing and installing a waterproof shower. However, it is critical to ensure the end product is leakproof, installs quickly and easily, meets the customer's budget, and is visually attractive. At the same time, it should include essential elements to achieve the functional needs of customer.

The best option to achieve all these goals includes specifying:
    • a one-piece, leakproof, ready-to-tile shower base
    • an accompanying slab panel wall system
    • a glass shower enclosure custom designed to fit the shower base

To complete the shower design, consider adding functional and attractive one-piece, leakproof, ready-to-tile add-ons including:
recessed shower shelves, a shaving ledge, and/or a frame-in shower bench.
