Who we are

The mission of the Historic Resources Committee (HRC) is to identify, understand, and preserve architectural heritage, both nationally and internationally. HRC is engaged in promoting the role of the historic architect within the profession through the development of information and knowledge among members, allied professional organizations, and the public.

    PRESERVING THE RECENT PAST 3

    In March 2019, professionals, scholars, students, and fans of recent past architecture will gather at the Preserving the Recent Past 3 conference in Los Angeles to discover, discuss, and debate the issues that surround preserving post-World War II resources.

    DATES: March 13-16, 2019
    LOCATION: University of Southern California School of Architecture/campus
    SPONSORS: Historic Preservation Education Foundation, USC School of Architecture, National Park Service

    A call for presentations will be issued in June and registration will open in the late fall. Visit the conference website (prp3.org) for additional information and to stay up on new developments.
