Innovative Design through Collaboration: The Affordable Housing Design Leadership Institute (AHDLI)

When:  Jun 14, 2022 from 02:00 PM to 03:00 PM (ET)
Innovative Design through Collaboration: The Affordable Housing Design Leadership Institute (AHDLI)
$0 | 1LU/HSW

This session will explore how the Affordable Housing Design Leadership Institute (AHDLI) equips affordable housing developers to navigate complex financing and regulatory constraints, and deliver homes that meet the needs of their communities.

In addition to receiving tactical tools and project specific feedback from national design experts, developers who participate in AHDLI embark on a journey to center healing and equity in their projects and in their day-to-day development practices.

You’ll come away with knowledge on how architecture can produce livable and sustainable housing for low- and middle-income people across the United States. Affordability, equity, and health are outcomes that can be designed for, with the proper training, tools, and leadership from programs like AHDLI.

This program is a collaboration between Enterprise Community Partners and the AIA Housing & Community Development Knowledge Community.
