This session will reflect on the successes and lessons learned from a robust Integrated Project Delivery team that has completed 31 Outpatient Centers together. Our focus on modular and prefabrication started in the beginning and is supported by year over year performance metrics with targets and results.

Scott leads all planning, design and construction efforts for the Midwest’s largest integrated-delivery healthcare system, which also boasts the country’s largest ACO. With over $2 billion in capital construction, his team is responsible for managing forward-focused projects for 12 hospitals and 250 additional care sites, including facilities for the largest system-employed physician group in the region. Scott has played a key role in designing and implementing a new project delivery method that has proven more cost-and time-efficient, and while delivering a higher cost savings over the building’s projected life cycle.

Mike’s experience includes all aspects of planning and design with an emphasis on hospitals, ambulatory care facilities, and specialty centers of excellence. He currently leads strategic program activities related to Integrated Lean Project Delivery, P3 and Design-Build. In particular Mike is focused on large programs and initiatives, facilitating work teams, guiding design processes, and leading the implementation of long-range solutions for optimal financial performance, client satisfaction, and quality outcomes.
