Course description

Houston City Council Member David W. The program resulted in six winning designs – five single-family homes and one tactical urbanism design solution – and is now in the implementation phase.

    2. Understand the role of architects in elevating the standards of design in affordable housing.
    3. Understand how to include meaningful community input in design competitions.
    4. Understand how to remove obstacles to implementation and work within bureaucratic and regulatory constraints.
