Who we are

The mission of the Historic Resources Committee (HRC) is to identify, understand, and preserve architectural heritage, both nationally and internationally. HRC is engaged in promoting the role of the historic architect within the profession through the development of information and knowledge among members, allied professional organizations, and the public.

    Nominations are now open for the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation (ACHP) and U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Secretary's Award for Excellence in Historic Preservation!

     

    The ACHP/HUD Secretary's 2022-2023 National Preservation Award honors outstanding projects that have advanced the goals of historic preservation while promoting affordable housing, community revitalization, and/or enhanced economic opportunities for low- and moderate-income families.

     

    Submissions are due August 15, 2022.
