    Registration is now open for AIA & ACSA’s fourth annual Intersections Research Conference: Material Economies October 19 – 21, 2023. The conference will be held on-campus at the University of Massachusetts Amherst’s mass timber Design Building and feature campus tours, material workshops, research sessions and keynote presentations. The conference will bring together researchers, architects, policy-makers, planners, and more from practice and academia to share innovations in material science, high performance design, healthy materials and circular building systems. The conference is co-chaired by Chris Flint Chatto, AIA, principal at ZGF Architects and Caryn Brause, FAIA, associate professor of architecture at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
