Who we are

The Custom Residential Architects Network (CRAN®) Knowledge Community develops knowledge and information to benefit architects who are engaged in, or who are interested in learning more about, custom residential practice. CRAN® presents information and facilitates the exchange of knowledge and expertise to promote the professional development of its members via discussion forums, national symposia and conventions, publications, and local activities.

    $20,000 scholarship

    We're looking for minority students whose imagination and design thinking will influence the future of the built environment and the architecture profession.

    The Custom Residential Architect Network (CRAN) knowledge community is donating $20,000 to the AIA Foundation to fund one scholarship beginning in 2018. The scholarship is a five (5) year plan at $4,000 per year for an incoming high school student to a NAAB accredited architectural program or a rising first-year or second year student in such a program.

    Deadline for applications is January 17, 11:59 ET.
