02-16-2017 02:10 PM

Through a partnership with the Urban Sustainability Directors Network (USDN) and the New England Municipal Sustainability Network (NESM), the AIA’s Center for Communities by Design is collaborating on a national initiative which will model its design assistance program to help communities working on strategies to become more resilient. The Design & Resilience Team (DART) initiative is currently soliciting applications. Interested community organizations can find further information and the application in the PDF below. The national initiative is based on a regional pilot that was rolled out in four New England communities during the past 2 years. Information on those projects, including final reports, can be found here. If you have questions about the partnership or wish to get involved, please contact Joel Mills at the Center for Communities by Design.
