    The AIA AAJ NextGen Committee, comprised of emerging professionals within the justice architecture community, are looking for your input and insights about support among design professionals. This questionnaire will take approximately 10 minutes to complete and will assist the AIA AAJ NextGen Committee to learn more about the role of mentorship, sponsorship and other interpersonal modes of professional development within design firms. These findings from across the field will be presented at the AIA AAJ 2020 Conference during our session, Generational Resiliency in Justice Architecture, October 27, 5:15pm est.
