    This session will reflect on the successes and lessons learned from a robust Integrated Project Delivery team that has completed 31 Outpatient Centers together. Our focus on modular and prefabrication started in the beginning and is supported by year over year performance metrics with targets and results.   


    Learning     Objectives:

    After participating in this webinar attendees will:
    1) Examine how a team might establish realistic goals and measures
    2) What strategies should be considered for a scalable and repeatable building type
    3) When to deploy A3's to make informed decisions
    4) Observe the advantages of reaching common prefabrication goals under an IPD contract arrangement
