    Hi All,

I am looking for a green building certification that considers operational carbon emissions, embodied carbon footprint and end-of-life footprint. I haven't found one single certification program that addresses all factors as fully as we should at this critical time for the planet. Among the myriad certifications available to the industry, is there one that exists?

We are working to meet the 2030 Commitment, utilizing LCA and energy modeling tools.

The closest program we have found so far is ILFI Living Building Challenge's Zero Carbon. Certification programs I have reviewed so far:

    DOE Zero Energy Ready Home
    EPA Renewable Energy Ready Home
    LEED v4 Single Family
    Passive House US
    Living Building Challenge Zero Carbon
    Living Building Challenge Zero Energy
    Green Globes
    Built Green (WA)
    Earth Advantage

    Thanks for your feedback.
