Celebrating its 26th year, the Committee on the Environment (COTE®) Top Ten Awards is the industry's best-known award program for sustainable design excellence. Award projects will demonstrate a holistic vision of architecture, exemplified across the ten measures of AIA's Framework for Design Excellence.

The 2022 COTE Top Ten program will elevate new narratives on Design for Equitable Communities (M2) and prioritize quality reporting on project data on energy, carbon, and water. Project teams should reference two tools, the Framework for Design Excellence and the SuperSpreadsheet to assist with writing project narratives and ensure accurate calculation of selected metrics. View past award recipients >
