Lindsay Baker and I had a wide-ranging conversation with Lynn Simon, FAIA, for our latest Design the Future podcast.

She's an architect and head of Real Estate and Workplace Services Sustainability at Google, a role that
includes health, wellness, food, transportation, placemaking, amenities, and more. While the built environment is central to her work, it's really about all the systems that connect people to place … and some of the big steps ahead, such as "radical resilience."

Design the Future is part of the Acuity Brands' Women in Sustainability platform.

Many thanks, as always, to our producers, Karen Becker and Morgan Phelps.
