  • 1.  Embodied Carbon 101

    Posted 05-28-2020 10:23 AM

On Mondays from June 1 through August 24, the Boston Society for Architecture (BSA) will present Embodied Carbon 101, a 12-part program series in easily-consumable one-hour sessions, designed to give architects, engineers, builders, and consultants the tools and strategies they need to start working toward embodied carbon reduction today. You can opt in to the whole series, sit in on one that piques your interest, or choose a handful that are most relevant to your work life.

It kicks off Monday, June 1 with a session on basic literacy. Boston's Lori Ferriss (Goody Clancy) will moderate, and national leaders Stephanie Carlisle (KieranTimberlake), Stacy Smedley (SKANSKA USA and Building Transparency), and Frances Yang (Arup) will present, sharing tools you can use and actions you can take.

As part of CLF Boston, the community supporting this series, I'm excited to share this with you. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out, or to contact Caitlin Hart, BSA professional program manager, at chart@architects.org
