The American Institute of Architects (AIA) is looking for expertise in association leadership development to design and deliver a curriculum for ethnically diverse women ($50,000 - due Oct. 15, 2020, to diversity@aia.org).

Next2Lead is an AIA Leadership Pilot program for AIA members who are emerging, ethnically diverse women in architecture with a minimum of five years in the profession. The American Institute of Architects (AIA) is dedicated to equity, diversity, and inclusion in the field of architecture and throughout society. This pilot program will focus on Association Leadership and will be designed to address the lack of racially and ethnically diverse women serving in leadership positions within this professional association, the AIA. This RFP asks for educational curriculum and instruction, virtually and hopefully F2F. Please see the RFP here:  https://www.aia.org/pages/6315180-next2lead
