AIA staff, Kathleen O'Donnell, posted an article on
architecture education and community engagement. Many of you will recognize this as service or experiential learning, or one of the recommendations of the Boyer Report (1995), but also going back 40 years to the beginning of community design centers in the 1960s and 70s. No matter the term, it is a valuable and important learning experience.
