When I was a kid, I was a big comic book guy, and one of my favorite days of the month was whenever the most recent issue was due out in stores. I would usually read the thing cover to cover right there in the store before I even had a chance to buy it (which I always did).
Nothing has changed...each month when the current issue of
Architect arrives at my desk, I usually stop everything and flip through it.
I was very excited to see that, on page 71, there was a short article on public interest design issues. The article summarizes the efforts of Andrew Goodwin, AIA, the editor in chief of
Public, a new magazine focused on PID. Goodwin practices in San Luis Obispo, CA, and is co-founder of Consious Build.
