    Call for Posters: Architectural Plastics & Polymer Composites in the 21st Century: Design & Preservation of Contemporary & Historic Architecture

    Location: Cambridge, Massachusetts, United States
    Proposals for poster presentations at "Architectural Plastics & Polymer Composites in the 21st Century: Design & Preservation of Contemporary & Historic Architecture" – a  March 28-29 conference at MIT – can be accepted until February 15, 2020. Posters can be on research involving performance, detailing, specification, use, care, or repair of plastics or polymer composites used in the construction/fabrication of architecture or artistic works or can detail case histories of polymeric material usage in modern or traditional building façades, cladding, canopies, or glazing; in bridges and other structures; or in decorative or structural components. A poster presentation is one 30" x 40" board or two 20" x 30" boards. Poster proposals should be sent to Susan E. Schur, Hon. AIA, FAPT, Conference Chair, at ses_tec_con@msn.com.
