    Good Day,

     

    I'm not an AIA member but read  the Small Project Design Digest and yes, this is a scam.  I've received these messages via text and email.  After responding to the first text message I realized it was/is bogus.  My tech provider has reviewed the messages and they're definitely phishing.

    Not only are they targeting architects directly. I am now getting referrals through Home Advisor.
