    I thought you may be interested in my Op Ed published today in Architect Magazine suggesting that if we get the Payroll Protection Program small business loan (we have not yet) we pledge to pay it forward by using a significant portion of our time to do good. I hope others, and not only architects, join me in this pledge.

    Admirable but no. We give back in enormous ways to begin with. We are a very generous industry but in this time of unpresented crisis, we must shore up, build and influence so we can hold a leadership role. You cannot give from an empty platter. The world depends on leaders and architects lead the way.

    Absolutely!  With low workload it's a great time to keep up payroll and help out at the same time.

    I am right there with you. Given a lack of billable work, we will be improving skills and helping those who can't afford architectural services normally.
