I recently posted around a dozen Practice Management resources at for design professionals to download and am interested in feedback about other resources you find useful.  And if you have any resources you would like to add to this page, there is a link to upload those.

So far, I have really gotten a lot out of the papers and seminars on your site.

My favorite is the leadership seminar.

Do you plan on giving that one any time soon?

Thank you Christina – very kind of you to respond.  Relative to the Leadership Seminar, I don't have immediate plans to offer this seminar again.  However, there are some additional resources you might want to download, along with a link to a free video Attracting and Retaining Talent.  This 75-minute panel discussion, produced in collaboration with the AIA California Council, features emerging leaders from four highly respected architecture firms. The panelists provide insights into what motivates design professionals to join a firm, remain committed to a firm, and assume increasing levels of leadership.

Also, the AIA Leadership Institute curates a collection of some great resource materials (

and are planning their next event for November 9.
