We have used Vectorworks since it was Minicad many moons ago..... we have grown along with the programs capabilities..... we have a very streamlined process at this point.... We still use Sketchup in our early design phases to model schemes quickly..... on larger projects we continue to use it to develop our interiors..... along side of the Sketchup model we develop our plans in Vectorworks...... which are also developed in 3D..... however at the moment Sketchup is much faster at making 3D changes..... and we like the graphics of Sketchup...... we are waiting for, or maybe we haven't taken the time... to develop the 3d graphics of Vectorworks.... It would be nice if we could use one program.... But for the moment both programs have their strengths and we are happy with the combined process.....
