I just wanted to share with those who could not attend the CRAN Symposium in Indy this past week just one of the many useful and actionable bits of information I took away from Indy. For those who are in need of accurately calculating sun angles, any time of the day, anywhere, quickly, can go to the website www.sunposition.info. This was one of many tidbits provided by speaker Joe Ray-Barreau, architect and educator, during his presentation. Joe can also be found at LightingKnowledge.com .

The Symposium was a great opportunity to learn from each other and meet with those who have similar practices and have some fun.

In my enthusiasm to share I have been reminded by one of my other fabulous committee members, who was paying great attention, that the www.sunposition.info website was attributed by another of our great speakers, the photographer Ed Massery from Pittsburgh. There was a wealth of information flowing and I apologize to the readers of this and Ed for my confusion and mis-attribution in my previous post.
