Yes, several in the last month.
One was on GoToMeeting and two were via Zoom.
All three were hosted by the clients who had savvy staff hosting it but the volunteer building committee members took just a little time to manipulate their software smoothly.
Everyone was patient with the process recognizing the times but also recognizing the common goal to move the process along and make progress for their Towns or groups.
We found/find Zoom to be much easier to manage and use, especially for new users. The host's permission to allow us to screen share is very easy and our staff is nimble at having numerous screen shots or entire PowerPoint presentations read to share, with us manipulating them for the viewing interviewers.
We have also hosted several bid openings conducted by both our staff and our clients, and some were attended by over 35 bidding contractors and their subs, and they went well. They also satisfied the standard requirement that public bids would be opened and read aloud in public.
Good luck with your interviews.
