We recently developed a spreadsheet to help firms evaluate themselves within the three major areas of practice: getting the work, doing the work, and running the business. This tool will enable a firm to quickly assess their strengths and weaknesses, and then discuss which areas are working and should be replicated throughout the firm, and what is not working that might warrant procedural or staffing changes to fix.
