    Hello-

We are involved in 2 different projects where we submitted for the project as 2 architects spearheading the project.
In setting up the agreement with the client, what works best - Just one architect on the Owner-Architect Agreement or both listed?
In setting up the agreement with the other architect, what works best- The AIA Joint Venture contract or one of us is a consultant?
Also, how do you define work roles in terms of DDs and CDs if percentages are being discussed?

I can imagine the different risks with each scenario, but if others have similar experience, I would be interested in what works best.
    Thanks
