20/20 Future Crises

The AIA Work-On-The-Boards survey indicates we have collectively had significant drops in revenue this year, but backlogs are now growing for many. Yet it feels very tentative to me with more troubles likely ahead.  Do you have game plans to adapt to circumstances that might affect profitability, compensation, staffing levels, etc. - especially now that we are probably out of PPP loans?

Our backlog is growing after months of dropping or projects being cancelled. Our Strategy has been to evaluate workload across the firm and our 3 offices weekly(sometimes daily) and be prepared to layoff, hire, give raises where appropriate and be willing on a moments notice to cut salaries if needed.
